"The Bass, Brews & BBQ Festival (June 29 - July 1) is a complement to the 2018 FLW Tour at Lake St. Clair presented by Mercury which takes place June 28 - July 1.
FLW is the world’s largest tournament-fishing organization, providing anglers of all skill levels the opportunity to compete for millions in prize money in 2018 across five tournament circuits. Headquartered in Benton, Kentucky, with offices in Minneapolis, FLW and their partners conduct 286 bass-fishing tournaments annually around the world, including the United States, Canada, China, Italy, South Korea, Mexico, Portugal, South Africa and Spain.
The festival portion runs June 29 - July 1 and allows guests to enjoy the fishing tournament as well as:
Craft beer (including our custom Lake St. Clair Lager!)
BBQ and other delicious food
Tours aboard the “Pride of Michigan,” an 81-foot former US Navy training vessel
Tours of the DIA Away (a fully furnished, vibrantly designed 53' double-expandable trailer that provides a rich educational program beyond the museum's walls)
Metroparks Interpretive Exhibit

The festival is open to the public and there is no cost for festival admission. Festival hours are Friday from Noon – 6:30 pm, Saturday from Noon -6:30 and Sunday from Noon- 6 pm.
