 Motivational Monday - SMART Goals

Goals

When setting goals, you need to identify short-term AND long-term goals. Make sure your goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time limited). Regardless of your goal, whether it is big, small, short-term, or long-term, it should meet the SMART criteria. Setting a SMART goal vastly increases the odds of accomplishing your goals. Encourage yourself to start with smaller, short-term goals but have one or two long-term goals as well. You want to be able to check off those little boxes as you are working toward the bigger picture! Don't forget to reward yourself along the way. 

What are your goals? Are they SMART? Take a moment this week to reassess them to make sure!
